Due to various customs, duties, and taxes all international orders must be submitted and processed as follows:

1. Please place your order via the website and be sure to include an email address and phone number for correspondence purposes.
2. Once your order is received we will calculate shipping fees (this will not include any customs or import duties) using the shipping address you provide. The shipping rate will be calculated and emailed to you for your approval. Please respond immediately to our email in order to ensure timely delivery.

 Customs and Import Duties:

Your order may be subject to import duties, fees and taxes which are levied once your package reaches your country. Curves N' Waves does not collect import duties, fees or taxes for international orders and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If you do incur these additional charges, they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs. In most cases, the carrier will try to collect duty or taxes when the package is delivered. We are not responsible for any import duties, fees or taxes levied by your government. It is the sole responsibility of the international client to investigate and understand these associated costs prior to purchase. If a package is refused delivery by the international client for any reason, no refund will be provided and additional charges will apply.
